The Operating Time Regulations
Who Workings Time Company (1998) realize the European Working Choose Directive into GB regulation.
The Regulations endured amended, with influence from 1 August 2003, to extend workers time dimensions in full to every non-mobile workers in street, sea, inland waterways and lake transport, to all workers in the railway and offshore sectors, plus to entire workers in aviation who are not coated by the Civil Aviation (Working Time) Regulations 2004. The Regulations apply to junior doctors from 1 August 2004.

HSE is responsible for the enforcement of:
- the maximum weekly how time limit;
- night your limits; and
- health assessments for night work.
HSE does not however, enforce:
- total set;
- rest breaks qualifications; or
- paid annual leaving entitlements.
